Setting up
The keyboard does not appear
Open Settings, then General, then Keyboard, then Keyboards, then Add New Keyboard, and choose Sayboard. Tap it again and turn on Allow Full Access so voice and clipboard can work. Then tap and hold the globe key in any app to switch to Sayboard.
Why does Sayboard need Full Access?
For two things only: the internet connection that voice and translation need, and reading the system clipboard so your copy history can be built. Plain typing works with Full Access turned off. We never log or transmit what you type.
Voice
Voice typing is locked
Voice typing, translation, and polish are part of Sayboard Pro. Open the Sayboard app, go to Settings, and tap Sayboard Pro to see the plans. Typing, clipboard history, snippets, and search stay free.
Why does the app open when I start recording?
iOS does not allow a keyboard extension to use the microphone. Sayboard opens its own recording screen instead, keeps recording while you go back to your conversation, and types the result into the field when you tap the checkmark on the keyboard.
Recording will not start
Check that the microphone is allowed in Settings, then Sayboard. If you denied it earlier, turn it back on there. Also make sure another app is not already using the microphone, for example a call or a voice memo.
I already subscribed but voice is still locked
Open the Sayboard app once so it can confirm the subscription, then return to the keyboard. If it is still locked, open Settings inside the app, tap Sayboard Pro, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Sayboard. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Privacy and data
How do I delete my data?
In the Sayboard app, open Settings and choose Delete Account & Data. This clears your clipboard history, snippets, preferences, and sign-in on the device, and asks our service to erase the anonymous usage record for your device. An active subscription is managed by Apple, so cancel it separately in your Apple Account settings.
Do you store my recordings?
No. Audio is turned into text and discarded straight away. Nothing you say or type is used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Reporting a problem or objectionable output
If an AI result is offensive or wrong in a way that matters, email jaymadhu352@gmail.com with what you asked for and what came back. We read every report and reply.
