Terms of Use
These terms are the end user licence agreement for Sayboard. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Sayboard on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
- Typing, clipboard history, snippets, and search are free.
- Voice typing, translation, and polish require a Sayboard Pro subscription, offered as a monthly or three-month plan. These features are not available without an active subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Pro includes a fair-use limit on daily requests to keep the service available for everyone.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. We cannot issue them ourselves.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sayboard to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to generate content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms, without notice.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text and audio you provide. You grant us only the temporary permission needed to process it and return a result, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and accuracy
Sayboard uses automated speech recognition and AI language models. Results can contain mistakes. Review important text before you send it. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Termination
You may stop using Sayboard at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms.
